Role Description The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing project bills, including quantities and rates, in coordination with project and site teams. This is a full time, on-site role located in Ranchi.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQs, performing quantity take-offs from drawings, conducting rate analysis, and verifying contractor and subcontractor bills. The role also involves updating and maintaining billing systems, reconciling quantities with site measurements, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of bills to clients and internal stakeholders.

Engineer will collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and the finance team to support cost control, documentation, and compliance with company and contract requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong BOQ preparation and quantity surveying skills, including quantity take-offs and measurement verification.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in billing systems and processes, including contractor billing, client billing, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess sound rate analysis and cost estimation skills to support budgeting, tendering, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret drawings, validate quantities, and identify discrepancies or cost variances.
