We are looking for a Billing Executive with 13 years of experience in retail billing to handle billing operations, customer transactions, and sales documentation. Candidates from any retail industry are welcome to apply. Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Ensure proper GST billing and invoicing.
- Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations before billing.
- Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
- Reconcile cash collections and billing transactions.
- Process exchanges, returns, and advance booking transactions.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve customer billing-related queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in retail billing.
- Knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and POS systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good numerical and accounting skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Educational Qualification
- Intermediate / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Commerce background preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Male candidates preferred.
- Experience in retail showroom billing is mandatory.
- Candidates from Jewellery, Apparel, Footwear, Electronics, Supermarket, Lifestyle, Furniture, or other retail industries can apply.
