Job Summary

We are looking for self-motivated hands-on Data Analyst for State Street AML Transformation program. Candidate will closely work with Technical and business teams in an agile fashion to develop Technical solution for AML Transaction Monitoring and other compliance Program.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.

- Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, Perform requirement analysis specific to data modeling, data quality and data analysis.

- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, data lineage and data dictionary.

- Assume the ownership from data acquisition to data consumption.

- Working in multi-location agile workplace in alignment with business and technology teams.

Requirements

Education Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Data Analysis, Data warehousing and Data Modelling.

- Strong experience with SQL, BigData (PySpark) and NoSQL DB queries.

- Experience with Advance Data science Technologies like Hadoop, S3 and NoSQL is big plus.

- Knowledge of Data mining, Data Governance, Data Quality

- Experience with Databricks will be a plus.

- Knowledge of Finance, Custody services, data privacy, AML and related compliance domains is a big plus
