BFSI Trainer - Jammu, Jammu Kashmir, India

Responsibilities

Training Delivery

- Conduct interactive sessions on BFSI domain topics such as banking fundamentals, financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance, and financial inclusion.

- Teach modules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digital banking.

- Deliver soft skills and qualified skills training, including communication, customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics, and interview preparation.

- Use real-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhance understanding.

Student Engagement Mentoring

- Monitor student progress and provide individual support wherever necessary.

- Prepare students for job interviews in BFSI roles.

- Maintain discipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.

Content Assessment

- Support curriculum implementation as per NIIT Foundation guidelines.

- Conduct assessments, quizzes,



and practical evaluations.

- Maintain training reports, batch files, and documentation as per project standards.

Coordination Reporting

- Coordinate with center teams, placement officers, and project managers.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and student performance data.

- Participate in internal review meetings, trainings, and refresher workshops.
