Role Description
We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants against suitable US IT requirements.
The role involves identifying and qualifying job opportunities, submitting consultant profiles, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews, and following up with clients and vendors to drive successful placements.
The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining vendor and client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting outbound calls and email campaigns, tracking submissions and interviews, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to suitable US IT requirements.
- Identify and qualify job opportunities from clients and vendors.
- Submit consultant profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through calls,
emails, and professional networks.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placement activities.
- Maintain accurate consultant and client records.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and sales teams to achieve placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interest in US staffing, recruitment, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
- Knowledge of US staffing practices such as C2C, W2, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT/CPT is an advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, CRM, or ATS systems is an advantage.
- Previous Bench Sales or US IT staffing experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
