Job Summary

Dr. Haror’s Wellness is looking for a Beauty Technician who is skilled, professional, well-presented, and passionate about providing high-quality beauty and aesthetic services to clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in beauty treatments, excellent client-handling skills, and a solid understanding of hygiene and service standards. Candidates who are energetic, eager to learn, and have a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional beauty and aesthetic treatments as per client requirements and clinic protocols.
- Provide services such as facials, clean-ups, skin treatments, waxing, threading, and other beauty services as applicable.
- Assist in performing aesthetic and skincare procedures under the guidance of trained professionals, wherever required.
- Understand client concerns and provide appropriate treatment recommendations within the scope of the role.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation before, during, and after every procedure.
- Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions clearly to clients.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous relationship with clients.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of beauty equipment and tools.
- Maintain client treatment records and follow clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, counsellors, and other team members for smooth client service.
- Encourage repeat visits by providing excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with new beauty treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends.

Experience & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, Beauty Technician, Skin Therapist, Aesthetic Therapist, or similar role.
- Candidates with experience in dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, wellness centres, beauty salons, or premium beauty brands will be preferred.
- Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology certification or relevant training will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant certification and strong practical skills may also be considered.
