Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Skin Therapist who is experienced in advanced aesthetic treatments and passionate about delivering exceptional client care. The ideal candidate should be confident performing treatments such as laser hair removal, medical facials, and chemical peels, while ensuring a warm, professional service experience for every client.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Delivery

- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
- Perform advanced facials and medical-grade facials.
- Conduct chemical peel treatments as per clinic protocols.
- Assist doctors with aesthetic procedures when required.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments.

Client Care & Consultation Support

- Prepare clients for treatments and explain procedures clearly.
- Provide basic skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments or home care products.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.
- Deliver a high-touch service experience consistent with SkinChapter standards.

Clinic Operations

- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Manage treatment documentation and client records.




- Ensure proper use and care of clinic devices and products.

Service Excellence

- Create a luxury, professional experience for every client.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and excellent service.
- Support the team in achieving clinic goals and maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

- Certification/Diploma in Cosmetology / Aesthetic Therapy / Skin Therapy.
- Experience in laser hair removal, facials, and chemical peels preferred.
- Good knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic setting.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
