Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls with a wide range of clients is your main responsibility. This includes diagnosing complicated questions, addressing operational technical issues, and providing immediate support.

As the "Voice of the Brand, " you are directly responsible for maintaining skilled phone etiquette, reducing call handling delays, and stabilizing customer satisfaction CSAT numbers. This position is at the very front of our customer experience pipeline, handling immediate loyalty concerns such as account turnover, excessive wait times, poorly handled escalations, and service complaints.

Simultaneous

Multi/-Tasking Call & Type/: Outstanding hand/-eye coordination to navigate internal databases, type notes inside a 35/+ WPM typing frame, and have a smooth conversation with a caller.

CRM Navigation for Customers Fluency/: The ability to pull and log customer profiles using service desk software settings, such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Freshdesk.
