Job Summary:

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with strong expertise in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Client Communication, and Revenue Generation for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT sales, proposal writing, Upwork bidding, and international client handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting leads into clients, building solid relationships, and contributing towards organizational revenue growth.

The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, robust negotiation abilities, and an understanding of IT services including Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, HubSpot, Mobile Applications, and related services.

Skills Experience:





Key Responsibilities:

- Generate quality business leads through various platforms and prospecting channels
- Handle Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition activities
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions accordingly
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and business discussions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to business closure
- Develop solid relationships with potential and existing clients
- Handle negotiation, pricing discussions, and business conversion activities
- Work closely with technical teams to understand project feasibility and scope
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Create effective sales presentations and business proposals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Support business expansion and market growth initiatives
- Ensure excellent client relationship management and retention

Requirements:

- Prior experience in IT Sales / Business Development is mandatory
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Web Development sales preferred
- Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of client handling and requirement gathering
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
