Role Description The BDE – Nilkamal Healthcare Division role at Nilkamal Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating and managing healthcare division business, identifying new opportunities, and building solid relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting healthcare product solutions, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales.





The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for quotations, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, as well as maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

The Business Development

Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, provide market feedback, and represent Nilkamal’s healthcare offerings in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications Candidates should possess healthcare-related knowledge, including exposure to Medicine and Healthcare environments.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with medical professionals, institutions, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess experience or understanding in EMT or emergency medical services, helpful for engaging with clinical and hospital settings.

Candidates should possess Training skills to support product demonstrations, basic user training, and educational sessions for healthcare clients.

Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field; prior experience in medical devices, hospital furniture, or healthcare sales; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; strong negotiation and presentation skills; and the ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
