Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client acquisition. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
