Franchise Business Development JD

Role: Franchise BD Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert franchise leads.

- Identify potential franchise partners and investors.

- Explain franchise model, investment, and business opportunities.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

- Manage follow-ups and close franchise deals.

- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

- Develop recent markets and franchise opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and networking abilities.

- Target-oriented and willing to travel.

- Knowledge of CRM and basic MS Office.
