Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at Moustache. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer interaction, and delivering consistent quality beverages that enhance our guests’ experience. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while showcasing your craft in specialty coffee and cafe service.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.

● Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized recommendations when appropriate.

● Ensure consistent presentation and taste across all drinks served.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, machines, and utensils throughout the shift.

● Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and care.

● Manage inventory by restocking ingredients, syrups, and other café essentials as needed.



● Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately for billing and payments.

● Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

● Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to provide seamless guest experiences.

● Promote special beverages, menu items, or café events to drive sales and engagement.

● Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and learn new brewing techniques.

Qualifications: ● Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and coffee bean varieties.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

● Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.

● Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
