Position: Barista Trainer

Experience: 6–10 years of relevant barista experience

Salary Range : 45,000 - 80,000

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training for new and existing baristas.
- Train employees on espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
- Ensure baristas follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and beverage preparation procedures.
- Train staff on proper operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly hired baristas.
- Evaluate barista skills through practical assessments and regular performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and prepare individual or team training plans.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and serving standards across café outlets.
- Train employees on hygiene, food safety, personal grooming, and workplace cleanliness.
- Educate staff about coffee beans, roasting profiles, grinding, extraction, brewing, and product knowledge.
- Conduct refresher training whenever new products, recipes, equipment, or SOPs are introduced.




- Monitor on-floor performance and provide corrective coaching wherever required.
- Prepare and maintain training records, assessment sheets, attendance, and employee skill-development reports.
- Coordinate with Café Managers and Operations teams regarding training requirements and staff performance.
- Support new outlet openings by assisting with barista recruitment, training, setup, and operational readiness.
- Ensure all baristas understand and follow company SOPs and service standards.
- Stay updated with current coffee trends, brewing techniques, equipment, and industry practices.
- Perform any other training or operational duties assigned by management from time to time.

Required Skills:

- Ability to train employees with different skill levels
- Knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment
- Leadership and team-management skills
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and café operations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
