- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, smoothies, and other café beverages as per standard recipes.

- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.

- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and productive service.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, equipment, and workstations.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage ingredients.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock or required items.

- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.

- Maintain proper presentation of the café, counters, displays, and service areas.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

- Handle customer queries and resolve minor service issues professionally.

- Assist other team members whenever required to ensure smooth café operations.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Café Manager or Supervisor.
