Role Description The Barista role at GAG Coffee is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the Barista prepares and serves high-quality coffee and other beverages to brand standards, operates coffee equipment, and ensures accurate and efficient food preparation.

The Barista greets guests, takes orders, manages transactions, and provides friendly, attentive customer service throughout each visit. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the café, restocking supplies, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and supporting smooth store operations during peak hours. The Barista collaborates with team members and follows company procedures to uphold consistency, speed of service, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, positive guest experiences.




- Barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic equipment handling.
- Effective Communication skills for explicit order taking, team coordination, and professional interaction with guests.
- Food Preparation skills, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, follow recipes and procedures, and adapt to evolving operational needs.
