- Generate business opportunities for banquets, conferences, weddings, social events, and corporate functions.

- Handle inquiries from guests, corporates, event planners, and agencies.

- Conduct property and banquet venue show-arounds for prospective clients.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, menus, and event packages as per client requirements.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Coordinate with F&B;, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for successful event execution.

- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Ensure accurate documentation of bookings, contracts, function sheets, and billing details.

- Monitor event requirements and coordinate with the operations team before and during the function.





- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and lost business.

- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

- Support promotional activities and participate in sales calls, exhibitions, and networking events.

- Maintain awareness of competitor activities, market trends, and banquet pricing.

Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
