Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking & Export-Import Coordinator to handle day-to-day banking, export-import and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a bank/back-office role and should be familiar with banking processes and basic export-import documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day banking-related work and coordination.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related activities, documents and transaction requirements.
- Follow up with banks for pending transactions, documents and approvals.
- Handle and maintain export-import related documents and records.
- Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, CHA/freight forwarders and internal teams for export-import activities.
- Assist with documentation related to LC, BG, remittances, export/import payments and bank transactions.
- Maintain proper records of banking and export-import transactions.
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel.
- Perform basic Tally entries related to receipts, payments and other transactions.
- Follow up with concerned parties and ensure timely completion of pending activities.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding banking and export-import matters.





Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in banking/back-office operations preferred.
- Good understanding of banking processes and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Export & Import procedures/documentation.
- Knowledge of LC, BG, remittance and bank-related transactions will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with banks and multiple parties independently.

Qualification
- B.Com / BAF / M.Com or any relevant qualification.
- Candidates with banking back-office experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a banking back-office/operations role and has exposure to export-import transactions and documentation. The role is mainly focused on banking, export-import coordination and follow-up, with basic accounting/Tally work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
