Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, building relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during call handling operations.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with expertise in international voice process.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction over phone calls.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
