Position : Customer Development Executive

Products/ Services : Lockers, Deposits, Mutual Funds

 Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services

 Acquire new customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment portfolios including Lockers and Deposits

 Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.

 Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients

 Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.

 Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis.

 Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.





 Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.

 Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Requirements

 Presentable and multi-tasking skills

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

 A team player with a customer-centric approach

 Basic Selling Skills

 Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles

 Local language proficiency and mobility.

Experience

 06 months to 2yrs year of Financial Products & Services sales experience

Education

 Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹10,709.31 - ₹45,303.47 per month
