We are looking for a Banking Associate (Fresher) to support daily branch operations and assist customers with basic banking services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in the banking sector and learn customer handling, banking products, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with basic banking queries and services Support account opening and documentation process Handle walk-in customers and guide them as required Promote basic banking products and services Maintain customer records and data accuracy Follow KYC, AML, and internal banking guidelines Coordinate with branch staff for smooth daily operations Ensure good customer experience at the branch

Eligibility / Qualifications





HS Pass Graduate from a recognized university Freshers are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of banking or finance is an advantage Willingness to learn and grow in banking operations
