- Bake and prep cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads using standard or contemporary recipes.
- Decorate and style items using icing, fondants, and toppings for visual appeal.
- Design new seasonal menus and creative custom occasion cakes.
- Monitor baking inventory, track stock levels, and order raw supplies within budget.
- Maintain clean work stations and obey health and food safety regulations.
- Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff and baking assistants.
