Job Summary

Arundhati Jewellers is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Back Office Tagging Executive to support the merchandising and inventory team by accurately tagging jewellery products, maintaining product records, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and print jewellery product tags with accurate information.
- Tag jewellery items according to company standards and quality guidelines.
- Verify product details such as weight, purity, stone information, SKU, barcode, and pricing before tagging.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, inventory, and showroom teams for smooth product movement.
- Maintain proper records of tagged and untagged inventory.
- Ensure accuracy in product coding and barcode generation.




- Assist in inventory management and stock verification whenever required.
- Update product information in the ERP/software system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in product details or inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of jewellery inventory and related records.
- Ensure the tagging area is organized and follows company procedures.

Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software knowledge is an advantage).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage
