Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.

- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs.

- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

- Implement security and data protection best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with Express.js or NestJS.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other databases.

- Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
