Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed College/University (preferably Tier-1 or- 2)

Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years post qualification experience with Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions / Corporates. Must have hands-on experience of banking operational activities.

Security Trustee (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Preparing compliance reports and issuance of holding letters.
- Liaison with stakeholders viz. Lenders, Borrowers, Lawyers, Valuers, etc.
- Monitoring pendency and ensuring creation of stipulated security, ensuring statutory filings within stipulated timelines, issuing holding confirmation letters, ensuring renewal of insurance, and ensuring issuance of revival letters by the obligors.
- Coordinating with internal teams and branch offices.
- Co-ordination with different stakeholders for execution with clients and signatories.
- Handling escalations pertaining to post-execution formalities.
- Ensuring secure custody of documents.
- Capacity to achieve business/operational targets of the group.
- Ensuring creation and perfection of stipulated security as per agreements and filing of charges with ROC/CERSAI.
- Maintaining the turnaround time for requests/issues raised by customers.
- Any other work that may arise due to ongoing transactions.
- May need to travel to hinterland.
