Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative, documentation, data management, and coordination activities. The candidate should have valuable computer knowledge, attention to detail, and basic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company records and databases.
- Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle emails, documentation, and internal records.
- Coordinate with different departments for required information.
- Process and organize customer or business-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support the front-office and operations teams with administrative activities.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Previous back-office/data-entry experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,453.00 per month
