Back Office executive Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full time Experience: 2–4 Years Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Back Office Executive to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will primarily work with products related to Electrical Switchgear, Pumps and Industrial Equipment and will be responsible for preparing quotations, maintaining pricing records and assisting with customer enquiries and dispatch coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and fill customer quotations accurately.

Enter product descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts and other commercial details. Help customers and the sales team with product pricing and availability. Maintain and update product price lists and quotation records.

Coordinate with the store and warehouse team for material dispatch. Assist in preparing basic dispatch documents and order records. Follow up internally on pending quotations and customer orders. Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email when required.





Maintain proper records of quotations, orders and customer information. Support the sales team with routine back-office work.

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations . Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and billing/quotation software. Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to understand product codes, quantities and pricing. Basic communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to coordinate with customers, sales staff and warehouse teams.

CandidateCandidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: Electrical Switchgear Pumps Industrial Products Electrical Trading Hardware Building Materials Industrial Distribution Education: Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant experience may apply.
