Job Summary

Core Tech Solutions is hiring a Back Office Associate for our Pune location. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, handling documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to work with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily back-office and data entry tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.
- Check data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle emails and routine office correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required.
- Assist with administrative and operational activities.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary ₹8,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
