B2B Telesales Executive

Location: Delhi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and B2B customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead data in Excel.
- Explain SLEEKON products, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle cold calling and regular follow-ups.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
