Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with distributors, pharmacies, contract manufacturers, and corporate clients in the nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and build long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and acquire recent B2B customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wellness centers, and corporate clients.

Promote the company's nutraceutical product portfolio and communicate its value proposition effectively.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.

Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and market intelligence reports.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.

Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Marketing, or a related field.

B2B sales experience in nutraceuticals, herbal raw materials, ayurvedic ingredients, medicinal plants, and agricultural commodities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills: Experience in institutional or channel sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Required Experience: 2-5 yrs. Job Location: Indore

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
