Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs aimed at enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales excellence and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding and upskilling sales staff.

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.

- Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.

- Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.

- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.





- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals.

- Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.

- Maintain detailed training records and prepare periodic training reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.

- Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of learners.

- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
