Work Schedule: 6 Days / Week (Mon – Sat)

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 Take-Home Salary / month

After successfully onboarding 100+ schools via inbound demand, we are launching an aggressive Pan-India outbound pilot. We are hiring an inside sales driver to build our growth engine alongside our Co-founder.

What You'll Do

- Execute & Scale: Own end-to-end inside sales to hit quarterly targets by pitching K-12 decision-makers across India.
- Lead Virtual Demos:



Run high-converting product walkthroughs and large-group webinars for school boards and principals.
- Enable Channel Partners: Brief and strategize with our nationwide network of career counselors to convert local face-to-face meetings.
- Co-Founder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with leadership to iterate on pitch strategies, test new channels, and establish playbook foundations for the expanding sales team.

Requirements

- 2+ Years Experience: B2B sales with hands-on experience running live product demos and webinars regularly (Mandatory).
- Location: Based in Bangalore (In-person final interview required).
- Work Style: Target-driven, comfortable with 6-day onsite work, and keen to join an high-growth pilot project.
