What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Field Sales within the Life Insurance and/or Motor Insurance industry.
- Experience in
- Partner Onboarding, Agency Sales, POSP Acquisition, Channel Sales, or Advisor Recruitment
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new POSP/Channel Partners.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Drive partner activation and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
- Support partners with product knowledge and sales guidance.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
