Role Description: This is a full time, on-site B.Sc Nursing role based in Chennai. The nursing professional will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as per physician orders, and assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams, maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and families on treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. The role also involves supporting patient recovery, responding to emergencies, and promoting a compassionate, respectful care environment in alignment with hospital policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Nursing and Medicine knowledge, with the ability to apply clinical best practices in patient care.
- Demonstrated Patient Care and Caregiving skills, including monitoring, support,



and assistance with daily needs.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- B Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution and valid nursing registration/licensure as per local regulations.
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings, including exposure to inpatient and/or outpatient care.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and follow infection control and safety standards.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and patient-centered care; familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus.
