Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect with strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Containerization, CI/CD Automation, and Microservices Architecture . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing highly scalable cloud-native platforms supporting enterprise microservices applications.

Key Responsibilities Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable workloads on Amazon EKS.
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based cloud-native solutions.

- Manage Kubernetes resources including

- Deployments

- Stateful Sets

- Services

- Ingress Controllers

- ConfigMaps

- Secrets
- Establish cluster governance, security, and best practices.
- Design and manage multi-environment deployment architectures.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and high availability.

Containerization & Microservices
- Build, optimize, and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Support microservices development teams with deployment automation and platform engineering.
- Implement container security, image optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues across distributed environments.

DevOps & Automation
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.




- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment processes.
- Manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment standardization initiatives.
- Improve release velocity while maintaining platform stability.

Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Manage and optimize AWS services supporting Kubernetes workloads.
- Implement cloud security, networking, monitoring, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Monitoring & Observability
- Implement observability solutions for infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Drive proactive incident management and platform reliability improvements.

Required Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration.
- Extensive experience with Docker, AWS Cloud, ArgoCD, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong Python programming and scripting expertise.
- Experience supporting large-scale microservices environments.
- Valuable knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and platform engineering skills.

Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Kubernetes Certifications (CKA/CKAD) Preferred

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (Flexible).
