About the Role

Allwave is hiring AV Collaboration Support Engineers to provide onsite support for meeting room, conferencing, collaboration, and presentation technologies. These engineers will serve as the primary technical point of contact for end users, supporting incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, event support, asset management, and day-to-day operational service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.

- Support collaboration, presentation, and conferencing technologies.

- Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution activities.

- Conduct room health checks and readiness validation.

- Provide technical support for executive meetings and business events.

- Support town halls, webcasts, and hybrid meeting environments.





- Coordinate vendor escalations and warranty support.

- Perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance.

- Support asset inventory management and CMDB activities.

- Assist with technology deployments and room refresh projects.

- Provide end-user training and operational guidance.
