Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

NConduct classroom and practical training sessions for aviation and cabin crew students.

NTeach aviation safety procedures, emergency protocols, and regulatory requirements.

NDeliver comprehensive First Aid and CPR training as per industry standards.

NTrain students in passenger handling, customer service, grooming, and skilled etiquette.

NConduct safety demonstrations and emergency evacuation drills.

NAssess student performance through tests, practical evaluations, and assignments.

NMaintain training recordsand prepare progress reports.

NAssist in curriculum development and training material updates.

NMentor students and provide guidance for interviews and career development.

NEnsure compliance with institute policies and aviation industry standards.

NEligibility Criteria





nMinimum 5 years of flying experience as Cabin Crew with a recognized airline.

NGraduate in any discipline (preferred).

NCertification in First Aid, CPR, or Safety Training will be an added advantage.

NExcellent communication and presentation skills.

NStrong knowledge of aviation safety procedures and emergency handling.

NProficiency in English and Hindi.
