- Looking for an Automobile CRE

- Minimum 1 year of experience required in Automobile industry

- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle service, maintenance, and repairs.

- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.

- Follow up with customers regarding service status and estimated delivery time.

- Explain service recommendations, repair estimates, and maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and improve satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.





- Promote value-added services, annual maintenance packages, and service campaigns.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
