Madhuban Toyota India is looking for an experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our sales team while driving exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

Experience : 5- 8Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Support the team in customer handling and deal closures.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.




- Coordinate with management to achieve dealership sales objectives.
