- Ensure availability and operational stability of the Automic scheduling tool, including L2/L3 support and incident management

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical and functional incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

- Support crisis management activities and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues

- Manage and deliver key Automic projects, including upgrades and disaster recovery planning (DRP)

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency

- Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across supply chain domains for issue resolution and process improvements

- Execute and manage batch scheduling and workload automation processes effectively

- Work within a multi-technology setting, leveraging tools such as:

- Automic (mandatory)

- SAP (required)
- Dynatrace & Splunk (monitoring)

- Scripting (Bash, JCL, etc.)

- GitHub (version control)
- Follow ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)

- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables
