Roles & Responsibilities

- Research, develop, and utilize appropriate Ansible libraries; mentor team members in best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in exception handling and troubleshooting.
- Own and drive Ansible requirements including implementation, administration, and playbook development.
- Lead end-to-end module development: requirement gathering, design, task division, and delivery.
- Analyze and remediate complex IT infrastructure issues.
- Design, implement, and manage AWX infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain AWX job templates, workflows, credentials, and inventories to support automation needs.

Skills Required
- 6–8 years of IT experience.




- Programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Ansible.
- Solid expertise in Ansible Engine and Ansible Tower/AWX infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows system administration, and basic network administration.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining complex Ansible Engine and

AWX/Tower environments.

- Hands-on experience in developing Ansible playbooks, collections, roles, modules, and plugins.
- Proficiency in Python, and scripting languages like PowerShell, YAML, and Shell.
- Ability to identify IT operations challenges and deliver automated solutions.
- Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Source Control Management (SCM) tools.
- DevOps or Ansible certifications are a plus.
