​Role Overview: Automation Engineer

​We are seeking a results-driven Automation Engineer for a hybrid, full-time role in New Delhi. In this position, you will design, program, and integrate automation systems for advanced test setups and embedded solutions. You will handle end-to-end control system development—from PLC programming and HMI development to hardware integration, field commissioning, and system troubleshooting.

​Key Responsibilities

​System Design & Programming: Write, test, and optimize PLC logic and HMI/SCADA interfaces for custom industrial test equipment.

​Hardware Integration: Configure motion control systems, servo/stepper drives, sensor networks, and industrial communication protocols.

​Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose hardware, software,



and system-level issues during in-house testing and field deployment.

​Electrical Engineering: Read, draft, and modify panel schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and I/O mapping.

​Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware and software teams to continuous improve product quality, technical documentation, and safety standards.

​Key Qualifications & Stack

​Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

​PLC Systems: Advanced proficiency in Mitsubishi FX5U (GX Works3 using Ladder & Structured Text). Secondary experience with Siemens (TIA Portal) or Delta is a plus.

​HMI / SCADA: Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi GOT (GT Designer3), Weintek (EasyBuilder Pro), or Pro-face (GP-Pro EX).

​Protocols & Control: Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, analog scaling (4–20mA / 0–10V), high-speed counters, and pulse-output positioning.

​Electrical & CAD: Experience drafting GA drawings and terminal schedules using AutoCAD Electrical.

​Domain Expertise: Strong background in process control, instrumentation, basic motion control/robotics integration, and circuit design.
