- Design and develop automated loading systems for CNC products, including PLC programming and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automatic loading systems with CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automatic loading systems, such as errors or malfunctions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct testing and validation of automatic loading systems to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on automatic loading systems.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing automatic loading systems for CNC products.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi.
- Experience with mechanical components, including bearings,



couplings, and gearboxes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
