Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, layouts, and construction details based on designs provided by architects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and architectural details.
- Convert architectural concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
- Revise drawings based on comments from architects, engineers, clients, and site teams.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare drawings for approval and construction purposes.
- Visit project sites when required to verify measurements and site conditions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors,



and site supervisors.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Positive knowledge of measurements, dimensions, scales, and drafting standards.

Pay: ₹10,850.35 - ₹45,718.68 per month
