Role Overview :

We are looking for a Mortgage Executive to support end-to-end processing of Australian home loan applications for our offshore lending operations team. The role involves preparing, lodging, and tracking loan files on behalf of Australian mortgage brokers and lenders, using industry-standard aggregator and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Australian mortgage processing and is comfortable working Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and lodge home loan applications for Australian clients on aggregator platforms such as Mercury, MyCRM, or Salestrekker.
- Review client documents (payslips, bank statements, ID, tax returns) for completeness and accuracy as per lender requirements
- Liaise with Australian-based brokers, lenders, and clients via phone and email to progress applications.




- Follow up with lenders on application status, conditional approvals, and settlement requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM/aggregator system throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Ensure all file documentation complies with Australian lending and compliance standards (NCCP Act).
- Coordinate with valuers, solicitors, and conveyancers where required to support settlement.
- Respond to client and broker queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Prior experience in Australian mortgage/loan processing (broking, banking, or BPO workplace).
- Working knowledge of aggregator platforms such as Mercury, MyCRM, Salestrekker, or similar.
- Understanding of Australian lending documentation and the home loan application process.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Australian business hours shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; finance/commerce background preferred.
