- Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries.

- Develop robust working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges.

- Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues
N
- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools
N
- Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.
N
- Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues;

discuss with engagementteams to solve issues that arise.

- Researching technical accounting issues
N
- Developing industry expertise
N
- Preparing audit reports, and management letters
N
- Exercising professionalskepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements
N
- Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm

- Working collaborativelyas a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals

- Provide supervision anddevelopment training for associates
N
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients

- Understanding RSM US and RSM Delivery Center's line of business service capabilities and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery

- Provide oversight to senior associates and associates, including training and development activities.

nRequired Qualification

- sBachelors in Commerc
N
- eQualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / Licensed CP
N
- ACA qualified + 4 yearsrelevant experience, ACCA/CPA qualified + 5 years relevant experienc
N
- eStrong technical skills in accounting including GAAP and GAA
N
- SStrong multi-tasking and project management skill
N
- sExcellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement team
