Role Description The Asst Manager – Sustainability is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for driving and monitoring the company’s sustainability initiatives across operations and supply chains. The role involves developing and implementing corporate sustainability programs aligned with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, including carbon reduction, community engagement, and responsible sourcing.

Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing sustainability data,



preparing internal dashboards and external sustainability reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The Asst

Manager – Sustainability will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, R&D;, and community development, to integrate sustainable practices into business processes. The role also involves engaging with external stakeholders such as certifying bodies, community partners, and customers to communicate Manorama’s sustainability performance and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Corporate Sustainability and Sustainable Development to design, implement, and manage sustainability strategies across the organization.
- Experience in Sustainability Reporting, including data collection, performance tracking, and preparation of sustainability or ESG reports.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage with community partners, and present sustainability insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, certifications, and industry standards (e.g., GRI, SDGs, carbon accounting principles) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in manufacturing, agri-commodities, or supply-chain-driven industries, ideally with exposure to community development or responsible sourcing.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, conduct field visits as needed, and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and community groups.
