The Role

As the Lead/Asst. Manager of Affiliate & Partner Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our user acquisition through external networks, publishers, and strategic partnerships. You will own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle from identifying and negotiating with global partners to tracking campaign performance and ensuring the highest quality of panelist traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2C Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliate networks, direct publishers, and strategic partners globally to drive high-quality panelist registrations (focusing on CPL, CPA, and CPI models).
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor partner traffic quality, conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV). Take decisive action to scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming sources to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with our product and retention teams to ensure partner-acquired users seamlessly integrate into our ecosystem, aligning acquisition with our structural gamification and point-to-coin redemption matrices.




- Data & Tech Integration: Work closely with the marketing automation team (leveraging tools like CleverTap) to design bespoke onboarding journeys and behavioral cohorts for users acquired through specific affiliate channels.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key partners. Negotiate payout models, exclusive placements, and performance incentives.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor affiliate strategies, and emerging platforms to uncover untapped growth opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital partnerships, ideally within B2C tech, digital panels, gaming, or app ecosystems.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep comfort with data. You know your way around tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, AppsFlyer, Post Affiliate Pro) and can easily analyze traffic quality and campaign profitability.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a clear understanding of energetic payout structures and budget management.
- Strategic Execution: An understanding of user engagement mechanics, loyalty programs, or digital reward structures is a massive plus.
- Agility: A proactive, self-starter mentality capable of thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
