Role Objective

Lead the growth of our PMS & AIF Distribution business by driving distributor acquisition, channel expansion, AUM mobilization, and strategic partner engagement across the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Acquire, empanel, activate, and manage distributors and channel partners.

✔ Achieve AUM, revenue, and business growth targets.

✔ Drive PMS & AIF sales through IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and National Distributors.

✔ Develop and strengthen relationships with key channel partners to maximize business opportunities.

✔ Conduct product presentations, distributor meets, webinars, and investor awareness programs.

✔ Generate HNI/UHNI business through the distribution ecosystem.

✔ Collaborate with Product, Investment, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.

✔ Monitor sales pipeline, partner productivity, MIS, and business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

? Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) preferred. NISM/CFP/CFA/CA will be an added advantage.

? Experience: 8–15 years in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management,



Asset Management, or Investment Product Distribution, with a proven track record in channel development, distributor acquisition, and AUM mobilization.

Location: Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi

✔ Proven expertise in channel development, relationship management, and business development.

✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
