About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Talent Acquisition with 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end IT hiring, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management while ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, IIMJobs, GitHub, and referrals.

- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.

- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.

- Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.

- Ensure hiring targets, TAT, and candidate experience are consistently achieved.





- Maintain recruitment data and ATS records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/IT Talent Acquisition.

- Solid understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and Boolean Search.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
